Planning and Initiation
The project began with a thorough needs analysis to understand Radeito's goals and user needs. Through workshops and consultations, we defined the project's scope, established timelines, and chose technologies: AWS for the backend, SST for infrastructure as code, React Native for app development, and Next.js for the public website.
UX/UI Design and App Development in React Native
The design phase focused on creating an intuitive and engaging user experience. We conducted user tests to validate the design concepts and ensure that the app's and website's interfaces were both appealing and functional. Our goal was to simplify the process of finding, comparing, and booking car repair services.
During the development phase, we implemented the designed interfaces using React Native while ensuring scalability and security through AWS and SST. We worked agilely, with regular sprints and continuous integration and delivery, which allowed for flexible and efficient project progress.
